Day 10 | Inspire | 10 Day Calming Pilates Journey

DAY 10. We arrived at the final day of our 10 Day Calming Pilates Journey, congratulations for making it this far! We complete the program with a short full body flow routine, strengthening the positive habit of working out daily. If you have followed along the previous classes, then you can already feel the effects of paying attention to yourself for just a few minutes a day. You are getting stronger and more flexible, and hopefully feel like exercising regularly.
